Tar Press publish jarring new fiction to twitter. That means it comes in chunks. Little chunks of prose appearing at designated times among the maelstrom of a social media feed.
These chunks will function on their own as well as in the context of their parent text, like the components of a collage. Or like the bullets in a list of bullet points. Like each piece of dialogue in a conversation. Like different flavours of ice cream in a sundae.
Each piece begins on Sunday at 9:30am with a one-tweet introduction to its author.
Season one began Spring 2021, and featured Amit Chaudhuri, SJ Fowler, Tom Jenks, Andrea Mason, and John Johns.
Season two began Autumn 2021 and featured Ben Pester, Vik Shirley, Mary Franklin, and John Johns.
Season three began Autumn 2022 and features Julianne Pachico, Darren Solomon, Roz Counelis, Max Lury, and John Johns.
